Afternoon Support with Heart in Remuera

Looking for a role where you can bring energy, creativity, and care to someone’s afternoon? Join a young woman with a disability in Remuera as she fills her days with fun, growth, and meaningful routines.

This job is about being a great teammate. You'll be:

• Out and about with her—swimming, horse riding, dancing or getting creative
• Offering a steady hand and a kind heart during afternoon routines
• Encouraging new ideas, trying new things, and supporting her independence
• Bringing structure, calm, and fun to her home and community life

The details:

• Afternoons only – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 1:30pm to 6:30pm (15ish hours per week)
• Extra hours may be available if you’re keen (some mornings, and lots of evenings)

We’re after someone reliable, friendly, and full of initiative. A full driver’s licence is a must (you won’t need your own car), and if you’re comfortable with disability, Autism, or neurodiversity, even better. Most important? You’re patient, confident, and excited to be part of someone’s progress.

This is a job where you’ll finish each shift knowing you’ve made a real difference—and had some fun along the way.
