There are three categories of employment: employed directly by the disabled person or their family, employed by Flying Kites on behalf of the disabled person, or employed by an external agency on behalf of the disabled person.

Support a curious and energetic 10-year-old boy with a disability in Blockhouse Bay by providing structured, caring assistance on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. This role combines meaningful one-on-one support with light outings, mealtime help, and personal care.
