Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Operation Sidekick

This is no ordinary assignment. We’re recruiting elite, resilient operatives as quick-thinking sidekicks to support a remarkable 15-year-old agent. Your objective: guide him through the complex terrain of epilepsy, autism, and ADHD as he takes on life’s daily challenges. He’s cool, adventurous and enjoys a good laugh. ExpectNerf battles, beachside recon (rock throwing = bonus points), and a sharp eye for YouTube legends.

Some missions will be smooth. Others - Expect plot twists. You’ll need humour, patience, common sense and nerves of steel.

Mission briefing:

• After-school ops: Mon, Wed & Thurs (1:30–5 pm)
• Weekend ops: Sat & Sun (10 am–1 pm)
• Objectives: Assist with daily routines, behavioural regulation & seizure management (on some assignments)
• Bring fun, creativity, and consistency to every mission

What you’ll need to accept this mission:

• Emotional resilience + tactical humour
• Boundary-setting with calm precision
• Full NZ driver’s licence + your own vehicle
• Lightening reflexes (Nerf combat readiness essential)

Rewards

• $35–$37+ per hour contracting (depending on experience)
