Live-In Support Champion Wanted – Glen Eden

20 hours per week | $26 per hour + accommodation included

Are you energetic, playful, and great with kids? A vibrant and fun-loving 5-year-old girl with Down Syndrome is looking for a caring, responsible, and upbeat person to join her world — and her home — as a live-in support person.

This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a warm, welcoming family while enjoying the benefit of provided accommodation and paid weekly hours.

You’ll live with the family and provide 20 paid hours of support per week, Monday to Friday, including:

Mornings (8AM -10 AM)
Starting the day right — helping with breakfast, getting ready for school, and ensuring she’s happy and organised for the day ahead.

Afternoons (3:00 – 5:00 PM)
Fun time! Think trampoline jumping (yes, you too!), playground adventures, giggles, games, and making everyday moments magical.

Once per week
Instead of playtime, you’ll prepare a simple family dinner for six in the afternoon — so confidence in the kitchen is a bonus.

You’ll Need:

• A full, clean driver’s licence

• A reliable car for school drop-offs and pick-ups

• Energy, warmth, and a genuine love of working with children

• Flexibility and reliability
