Keen on sport, staying active, and doing something that actually matters?

We’re looking for a reliable, switched-on guy in his 20s to be a mentor and mate for a 27-year-old man who’s new to the area.

He’s into rugby, dogs, the gym, and a good yarn—and he’s keen to build his confidence, independence, and local connections. That’s where you come in.

This isn’t a typical support role. It’s about:

  • Getting out into the community (gym, rugby club, local spots)
  • Helping him learn things like bus routes and routines
  • Backing him to build skills and confidence at home and out and about
  • Being a solid, positive influence and good company

His disability affects coordination and planning, so he needs someone patient, sharp, and dependable—someone who can take initiative and keep things on track while keeping it relaxed and fun.

You’ll need:

  • A full driver’s licence + your own car
  • To be reliable and good at communicating
  • A positive attitude and a bit of initiative
  • Interest in sport will really help.

No experience needed- just the right mindset!

Hours:
2 weekday shifts (10–2 or 12–4) + similar hours on Saturday
(Flexible, and can be shared between two people)
