Morning Magician needed!
A family is looking for someone to support their morning hustle on weekday mornings in Remuera.
This is a neurodivergent household, full of systems, structure and a lot of imagination. Your main role will be supporting a bright,high-energy 6 year old to get ready and off to school on time. Keeping the important tasks covered like breakfast, lunchbox, teeth, and sunscreen. She's sharp, loves a deep dive, a creative game, and she genuinely loves school. If you can bring some creativity and match her energy, you'll fit right in.
Then on 2 or 3 days a week you'll head back to the house to cook dinner, so the family can eat it that evening. The parents are both highly organised professionals who know what they want you to cook - it isn't fancy, but some cooking skills are required.
This household runs on its own rhythm and its own systems, and that's not something we want you to change. We want someone who can step into how things already get done and help them run smoothly, reliably, and with good communication when plans shift.
If you're great with kids, like doing a job well, and putting things back in the drawer they came from, then this could be the family for you.
To be the person we're looking for, you do need a full driver's licence and a car - personality and reliability matter more than experience.
The Details:
2 or 3 mornings a week – 6.45am – 8.15am
